Thank you for shopping with CatMellow. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping methods and delivery times
Estimated delivery to the United States and Canada: 9–13 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate does not include the 2–3 business day processing period. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates begin once your order ships and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard DDP Shipping is free for all orders shipped to Canada and the United States. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
If tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number and link after your order ships. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Canada and United States.
Standard DDP Shipping to the United States and Canada includes customs clearance, import duties and import taxes. You should not be charged these amounts at delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact support@catmellow.com before paying.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at support@catmellow.com and we will help you work with the carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to modify an order after it ships.
